       本公司总部设于台湾,在东莞共同设有两个工厂及研发中心。瑞丰生产基地面积 一万八千多平方米 ，员工八百多号人，具备 三十多条自动组立生产线，东莞瑞丰并设有CNC加工中心。从产品设计、模具制造、注塑成形、五金冲压、组装检验，全部在工厂内部进行，这样有力地保证了产品的质量品质，并能满足客户日益紧迫的交货期。

在开关插座质量品质要求管理上，使质量管理达到国际先进水平，瑞丰开关插座工厂已通过ISO9001:2008质量体系认证；生产线上配专用接触电阻仪对产品进行电气性能全检，实验设备包括：产品开关插座寿命测试机，绝缘电阻仪，耐电压测试仪，接触电阻仪等。为适应客户及市场要求，瑞丰实施对应/ROHS/索尼7P/REACH/环保基本要求之管理体系。原料采购，生产，出货严格管控，保证产品符合客户相关环保要求。为使产品性能电气精良且稳定，瑞丰开关不断地改良设计、制程、模具、五金冲压和射出成型，投入自动化机台的开发和制作。
